Established in June 2017, Genesis IVF is strategically located in the historical UNESCO World Heritage City, George Town, Penang, within a newly developed luxurious shopping hub – Gurney Paragon Mall.

It is a mixed development comprising a 700,000 sq ft shopping mall, an office tower, and two high-end residential towers. It is located on Gurney Drive, a beachfront esplanade that enjoys stunning ocean views and cool sea breezes.

But most uniquely, it is built around and inspired by the former St. Joseph's Novitiate – converted into St. Jo's, an area for stylish restaurants and cafes steeped in the architecture of Penang's heritage.

Under the Alpha IVF group, we are able to secure sole access to technology such as PGD/PGS with Ion Torrent NGS, Embryo Freezing with Cryotec and other proven technologies. We maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, who consistently reimburse our services.

Ovum collaborates closely with OB clinics and other specialists, expediting appointments and serving as a concierge medical team, coordinating all care in a holistic way. After achieving optimal health, we then transition to providing support for patients on their pregnancy journey. We believe that ensuring the well-being of mothers leads to healthier outcomes for babies.

Our program works by setting you up to see a fertility specialist who will review your medical history, diagnose your condition and set you up with a treatment plan that focuses on getting you pregnant naturally. This could include blood work, ultrasounds and nutrition therapy amongst other things. The majority of these services are typically able to be billed to your insurance.
