The Service allows patients to browse fertility clinic listings, read reviews, compare services, and contact clinics. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

2.2 For Clinics

Clinics may register on the Service to create and manage their listing. By registering, clinics agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their services, qualifications, and contact details.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Clinic Listings

4.1 Accuracy of Information

Clinics are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they provide in their listings, including but not limited to services offered, success rates, pricing, and staff qualifications. Fertility Clinic Finder does not verify the accuracy of clinic-provided information and is not liable for any inaccuracies.

4.2 Content Guidelines

All content submitted by clinics must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Content must not be misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or contain false claims about medical outcomes. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these guidelines.

5. Reviews

5.1 User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews and ratings for clinics listed on the Service. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your review on the Service and related marketing materials.

5.2 Review Guidelines

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine personal experience with the clinic
• Truthful, fair, and not misleading
• Free from offensive, abusive, or defamatory language
• Not incentivized or compensated by any party

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, including reviews that violate these guidelines or are flagged by other users or clinics.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Clinics may purchase a premium listing subscription for $299 per year. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally not available for partially used subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, text, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to Fertility Clinic Finder and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is an informational platform only. Fertility Clinic Finder does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The information on the Service, including clinic listings, reviews, and success rates, is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or efficacy of any clinic's services listed on the platform.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
