Dr. Vaughn founded Texas Fertility Center in 1980. He earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics from UT Austin, his medical degree and OB/GYN residency from UT Medical Branch in Galveston, and completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University Medical Center. He founded Austin's only IVF program and is a published researcher.
