My journey with Therapie Fertility has been an amazing one, from the very start I was well informed, understood every part of the process and felt Dr Kennedy and the team had my best interests at heart. I started my journey as an older smbc with a history of unsuccessful pregnancies. When I met with Dr Kennedy he worked out my success rate (which was low) and the best way for me to have successful pregnancy in as quick a timeframe that I was comfortable with, this open, honest & personal approach to my circumstance was key for me and as I write this I am cuddling my 8 week old baby 💖 Working with the team feels like being part of a family where everyone is behind you and the support has been amazing, for anyone embarking on the fertility journey I cannot recommend Therapie Fertility enough, they have given me my happily ever after 💖

We started with Therapie in 2022, and finally 2 weeks ago, we welcomed our bundle of joy. Everyone are so welcoming and kind. They are very responsive especially when I have doubts and  concerns. It was the best decision to do IVF with Therapie. I can't thank Thérapie Fertility enough for their care, honesty and compassion. My first consultation was with Nurse Lucie and then with Dr. John Kennedy. I felt at ease from the moment I met them. John was honest and open and so knowledgeable. I had so many Q's as IVF/ICSI was alien to me. We decided then and there to proceed and our ICSI journey began. From initial tests, to scans the care the staff give is amazing they're all so friendly and really helpful. Always at the end of a text on the patient portal if you had any questions. Fast forward to transfer day, I was so nervous but Dr. John Kennedy and Carol were brilliant. Talked me through every step and the procedure so was quick and pain free. A few weeks later I got a call from John with the most amazing news and today I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Can't wait for August for our new arrival and to introduce him/her to all the team. You guys are amazing at what you do and I'm so thankful for everything you did for me.

How do you go about reviewing a clinic that changed the course of your life so profoundly? It's hard to condense our experience with Therapie. We had an initial consultation with another well known clinic, we absolutely didn't "vibe" with the clinic. Then we got in touch with Therapie. You're not treated at arms length with Therapie, you're all on the same team. The world of infertility is already hard enough, the staff in TF are so kind, it's a very humbling experience to go through this process and they are with you every step of the way. We met Dr Kennedy once for our consultation, then again for retrieval and embryo transfer and met Dr Mengat once for a hycosy, they're wonderful but it's all the nurses and assistants you meet on every visit that you see face to face and words can't describe how amazing they all are. Results are as follows: age 34, amh 11.6 pmol, retrieved 7 mature eggs, 5 fertilised, 2 made it to frozen on day 6. The first transfer is sitting beside me here at 6 months. Thank you is not enough.

We found the service here truly fantastic. Finding the right support was really important to us and we visited several clinics before choosing Therapie. What won us over was the consultation with Dr John where we felt listened to, put at ease but not overpromised. We felt like we could ask anything and were given honest, clear answers. We never regretted our choice- early morning bloods and scans meant minimal impact on my work and ultimately we had the positive outcome we never thought we would get. The Portal responses are always so quick and helpful and if ever I was having a wobble, someone always took the initiative to call me directly and chat. A special shout out to Jenny who always put us at such ease with her warmth and professionalism but generally, all the staff were great and I couldn't have trusted them more at a very vulnerable time.

So happy with Therapie. From the first nurse consultation all the way through to the pregnancy scan, we were so comfortable with all the staff we met. The minute we met Dr Kennedy we knew he was the doctor for us and that Therapie was the clinic for us. He was so nice, so informative and to the point with us. I was excited leaving the dr consultation appointment. Another thing we liked was how quick the process was. I have friends attending other clinics and they are waiting months for appointments. We also felt very supported with the contact on the portal from the nurses. Any questions we had were answered so quickly. We had ICSI and were lucky to get pregnant with the first embryo transfer. We now have a gorgeous baby boy. We will be returning to the clinic in the future to use our other embryos. I can’t speak highly enough about how great this clinic is! Thank you

I had my egg freezing in November. The two ultrasounds I had were quite uncomfortable but my nurse lucie was unbelievably patient with me and gave me plenty of time and space to relax. Lucie looked like she was willing to try another 50 times if needed, and she never once came across as frustrated with me. I was very nervous on the day of retrieval  , once I let the nurses know, they were extra good to me. Thank you to Lucie and all the team. Dr John and his nurses were great on the day, cannula was inserted in seconds and I was out. The highlight of the day was in recovery after the egg collection I woke up to 3 or 4  lotus biscuits, followed by dr John coming out to deliver the good results. Thank you, see you in the future !

Everything looks great. There is just one reason I cannot start treatment at your clinic: you have NO FEMALE DOCTORS. Some women find it uncomfortable to have surgery or other treatments from male doctors. Since this is a multicultural nation, please appoint some female doctors and ensure that it is comfortable for all women.waiting for a quick response.

Visited therapie November 2022 for free nurses consultation. Every question was answered and potential costs outlined. We had all fertility tests scheduled by end of 2022 with the hope to start IVF in early 2023. We started a round ICSI end of Jan 2023 with a positive pregnancy test early March, first round. I gave birth to a baby boy 2weeks ago. Only area I feel could have been better was on day of embryo transfer more information was explained about embryo performance prior to transfer. I found out the fate of my 3 embryos whilst I was in chair being prepped for the procedure by lab personnel and doctor confirming my details with each other across me. I think it would have been better to have the details of how embryos progressed over the 5days actually explained to us. I found every encounter with the fertility team super, every staff member we met was very kind. Every query using patient portal was responded to promptly. I was in a car accident the week after my positive pregnancy test and it was still to early for ultra sound but the team brought me in straight away to check my bloods which gave me great peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend therapie fertility to anyone needing assistance in their fertility journey. We will be forever grateful to the team of our son and a forever friend for my first born.

Our first nurse consultation was on the 8th August 2022 & our beautiful baby boy was born on the 7th August 2023. We were experiencing secondary infertility, had been ttc for 4 years and I had just been diagnosed with PCOS the previous year. We came across the clinic online. The team were so friendly and helpful. We experienced no waiting times and Dr. John was so clear with our treatment plan and was fantastic to deal with. The clinic itself is also lovely & the pods are a great idea in the waiting area to help settle any nerves as you can relax while chatting privately with your partner. We were over the moon as our baby boy was conceived on our first round and we are also blessed to have 13 more embryos in the bank. We can't imagine our lives without our baby now, the perfect addition to our family and the best gift we could have ever been given and it's all thanks to Therapie. We couldn't recommend them enough!

Review: Therapie Fertility Clinic - Not Recommended I recently had an unfortunate experience at Therapie Fertility Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. In my opinion, this clinic is driven by a relentless pursuit of money, with little regard for patient care. The doctors I encountered were cold, dismissive, and arrogant, lacking any hint of compassion. One issue that particularly bothered me was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The website showcased prices that turned out to be misleading, with hidden costs surfacing later on. It felt like a deceptive tactic to lure patients in, only to surprise them with additional expenses. Moreover, the staff at Therapie had an irritating "customer service" attitude. They provided minimal information about the treatment, leaving patients guessing and causing unnecessary anxiety and frustration. It seemed as though they wanted to keep us in the dark, forcing us to resort to seeking information online. Another significant concern was how the clinic treated my husband. Once he provided his sperm, he was treated like a mere donor and never included in any further communication. It was disheartening to see how little value they placed on his role in the process. A lack of support further compounded my disappointment, as neither the doctor nor anyone at the clinic bothered to inquire about my decision to move the remaining embryos elsewhere. To sum it up, I can confidently say that Therapie Fertility Clinic is not one I would recommend. Their approach to patient care, combined with their disregard for open communication and support, left me deeply dissatisfied. It's worth noting that major insurance companies, including Laya Healthcare, do not cover their services. If you are seeking fertility treatment, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a clinic that prioritizes patient well-being and provides comprehensive support throughout the process.

The first consultation with the nurse went well.  But then... The time for taking the tests was scheduled for 1pm, and in my personal account they wrote 3pm.  I traveled 7 hours to get to this clinic.  It turned out my appointment was still at 1pm.  I was accepted.  But I've never had my blood taken so bad before.  Terrible pain.  About 3 hours passed and the pain did not go away.  The muscle on the arm is unbearably sore, sensitivity is impaired, and the fingers go numb.  Looks like nerve damage.  The quality of the nurse's work is disgusting.  Doesn't even match the free clinic.

Professional, friendly and warm environment. All staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. My wife and I had an incredible experience and luckily we had a positive outcome. From Dr. Megat and Dr. Kennedy's kind and gentle care, to the wonderful nurses and lab staff, especially Jenny. We always felt comfortable and supported. We would highly recommend.

Best decision of our life to go to the Thérapie Fertility Clinic! We live in Co Mayo, so we had to drive 2,5 hours for every appointment, but it worth it. Previously we went for consultation to an other fertility clinic, closer to us, but it just didn't give us good feelings. However the staff in Thérapie Fertility Clinic always accommodate us with the appointments and we always felt welcomed and cared for! Every staff member is very professional and friendly. They really made sure that our fertility journey will be successful. Now we are expecting our first baby! Even if you need to travel, still definitely give the clinic a chance, go for the first consultation and see it for yourself. For me the first impression was very important and I was not disappointed!

Highly recommend Thérapie. We were so well looked after from the initial consultation and all through treatment. There is a friendly atmosphere in the clinic that puts you at ease. The ladies at reception are all lovely and welcoming. The nurses are knowledgeable and understanding. Communication is excellent with prompt responses via the portal. They offered early morning appointments and they always ran on time. No pushing unnecessary tests/treatments. We were under Dr Kennedy's care. He was honest, didn't make unrealistic promises and I felt he was genuinely rooting for us. After a long journey, thanks to him we now have a beautiful baby girl.

Amazing clinic with a even better staff I couldn’t be in better hands, everyone at the clinic were extremely professional and very lovely they were kind and I was treated with a lot of love and respect, I was allowed to have voice during my treatment. We have been a patient of therapie clinic since February, we started our IVF process and  I had my first ever egg collection yesterday, going into this with the fear of the unknown ,I just want to say how absolutely brilliant everyone was in terms of care. I was really nervous and I found the level of compassion and empathy from Dr. Kennedy and his team just so reassuring. In particular, the nurse who was there for the actual procedure held my hand the whole way through and made me feel at ease. Nurse Trudy was the first person we met at our initial consultation and then assisted yesterday and I am so thankful that she was there because she really did make such a difference, and although I don’t remember an awful lot I do remember her encouragement and calming effect throughout the procedure. Overall our experience dealing with the clinic has been excellent, and I would have no problem recommending the care of dr.Kennedy and his team.
