Extremely Efficient Service. Was in this morning at 9am to carry out Semen Analysis, as a younger man (mid 20s) who has is not actively trying for conception, today was literally a fact finding mission for a rare genetic endocrine condition which I am in the process of dealing with and diagnosing. I was in and out in 15minutes and my results were sent to me at 10.40am (amazingly samples are analysed on site). The fact I did not need a referral and could readily get an appointment is brilliant. I also did not have to answer invasive questioning and was at no stage made feel like an outsider in my journey which would be atypical for most partners who use this service. I can only recommend this highly accessible service. Thanks a mill to the team at ReproMed ☺️👍

Honestly, I had the feeling all they care about is your money as they assume (they told me that) if you freeze your eggs now that you will never come back for IVF anyway. I was there as I was interested in social egg freezing, I quickly got an appointment for an AMH blood test and after a few days I had an online appointment with a doctor. In this appointment they just tell you about IVF (nothing specific, only super general stuff what you can find if you look for that on YouTube or Google). Then they will tell you that your AMH value is super low and you should get it done asap and probably even a duostim (aka more money for them). The doctor also told me that very few people come back to use their eggs, which would explain to me why they don't care at all about outcomes. I am 30 and healthy and the doctor made me feel like I am 45 and my fertility is on the edge of being over and I should ideally start doing the retrieval after my next period. After my "super low" result I was buffed and did some own research online (I hold an MSc. and feel highly confident reading scientific articles) and it turns out that many factors should be checked and adjusted to maximize egg quality and quantity (as far as the AMH value actually indicates that) to set you up for success e.g. vitamin D (which has a positive correlation to AMH), thyroid values, hormones, reducing edocrine disrupters (the book "it starts with the egg" is a great read) and all these values should ideally be adjusted at least 3 months before any retrieval. After figuring that out I had to urge them that I at least want to check my vitamin D and thyroid values. The written response from the doctor was "thyroid values can be checked if she prefers although not expecting this will impact in her outcomes" and of course it turns out that both of them are not ideal at all and I showed my gynecologist these values and she told me that yes if I theoretically wanted to get pregnant right now she'd prescribe me some meds to adjust these values. I requested two random clinics in Prague online and they told me that I should get following values checked before I get a first free consultation from a doctor because otherwise they can't tell me anything but generic stuff: Hormonal profile between 2.-5. day of your cycle: FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone. Hormones any day of your cycle: AMH, Prolactin 3 h after you wake up, TSH, fT4, anti-TPO. vaginal ultrasound of your uterus and both ovaries (we need a photo as well as a description) + AFC Antral Follicle Count. You can clearly see that they are much more throurough with building a patient profile right from the start and adjusting the treatment plan based on that to really maximise chances  instead of simply looking at the AMH and thinking you'll never come back later for IVF anyway.

They are very considerate of your individual needs and of the sensitivity of  your case too. I had my consultations online and all my scans and check ups were done in Kilkenny. I then had my procedure in Dublin and the whole experience was fantastic. ZERO STARS!!! Would not recommend this clinic to any person struggling with ivf.  Paid for an icsi round with pgta testing which came back with 2 normal precious embryos.  Spent over 10k or there abouts. However I feel that both embryos were wasted via 2 transfers as there was minimal testing done.  Subsequently went to another clinic in Greece, within 2 days they had found scar tissue in uterus, and high killer cells (chicago blood tests). There was very little investigations at Repromed. Such a painful waste of time and money. I believe those embryos could have had a chance if there was sufficient testing done. When you make an appointment,  they immediately ask for payment.   One time, I just spoke to a nurse about an impending transfer,  and they were straight away asking for payment in advance.    I explained that  I haven't even made the appointment and got a snotty response about terms and conditions. In my opinion,  this clinic cares more about the money. Avoid..my experience at the Greek clinic was years ahead in professionalism, client care and investigations. After a failed transfer, you have to wait weeks to speak to the dr, but he is well able to call you the next day, when selling you ivf..DESPICABLE SERVICE FOR VULNERABLE COUPLES! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Coming back here after finishing my IVF treatment with Repromed. The nurses were great. The doctors not so much. I was seen a few times by a male doctor who did not sanitised his hands or wore gloves to get my blood sample, after having touched all his mouse and keyboard to register the visit (God knows what else before that). Also he did not turn off the lights while checking my cervix, which made me super uncomfortable and from there on I asked to be seen only by female nurses as they were much better during these visits. The doctor responsible for my treatment did not ask for any specific tests or checkups and sent me straight away to IVF after the first online meeting, what makes me think they only want easy money. I thought this would be the last resource however it was the first and only approach they recommended and followed. I had a super dosage of hormones and developed OHS. They never stopped the treatment even with my constant complains of feeling unwell. The day before collecting the eggs, I had a strong pain in my legs which took me to the emergency hospital; there they said I could have a blood clot. I called the doctor in Repromed who was not there at that moment, so I sent a letter from the emergency hospital through the online portal and specifically asked by phone that the doctor had to see it before the egg collection next day. Next day when I arrived at Repromed I was told all was fine and I could proceed with the egg retrieval. I had 40 eggs collected. Turned out the doctor had not even seen the letter. Later back at the emergency they confirmed the blood clot and then rang Repromed to ask the doctor why I went through the procedure after they sent a letter explaining I could have a blood clot. The doctor then lied saying that I told them the blood clot was ruled out. There was a discussion over the phone between them that I could not hear as the emergency doctor stepped out of the room. The doctor in Repromed then prescribed me blood thinners shots for 10 days, which made me feel worse as I had a bad reaction. Still she told me not to stop with them. 6th day of feeling unwell due to the blood thinners I lost movement of my both legs. Called Repromed, my GP, no one could tell me what was wrong and then again there was me going to the emergency. I then rang the pharmacy responsible for the distribution of the blood thinners and they confirmed that loss of strength in both legs was a rare side effect. I stopped the blood thinners in my own despite the orientation of not stopping. After all that my marriage ended so asked to freeze the embryos. Next year I got pregnant naturally within 4 months in a new relationship. Turned out I didn’t need IVF after all, as I have a healthy baby boy. My experience in the end was horrible and I cannot recommend them after what I’ve been through.

That's the THIRD NEGATIVE review in my life..... Extremely disappointing experience. Would give ZERO if I could. I just wanted some basic tests done that I could not get done via GP in Ireland. In order to get the results, we had to have a consultation and pay for it, when we wanted to have additional test performed (which was recommended during the first consultation), I was told I have to have a follow up consultation in order to get the results released and pay for it again!!! Just of the phone with one of the seniors on the team, who was incredibly unpleasant to talk to. This clinic does ALL they can to NOT have patients, to SCARE THEM OFF  at early stages. I would not recommend to even start with this clinic for anything you need. Find another one.
