From the first consultation with Dr. Gautam I was reassured that I was in safe hands. His assessment included a plan to begin IVF within the same month and he was confident it would be successful. The nurses were all fantastic and warm and kind even during emotional moments, they provided me with wonderful reassurance. Following the egg retrieval (34 eggs), we were told that we had 10 strong and viable embryos. The month following the egg retrieval the frozen embryo was implanted and it was successful!! we are so grateful for Dr. Gautam and his staff. His level of expertise is second to none, he is a leader in the infertility field and lectures other medical professionals globally on new emerging techniques that yield results. His research and application has ensured that our journey to conceive a baby was fruitful and successful and more importantly it was seamless and expedited very promptly. We feel so blessed entering into this new stage of our lives and for anyone struggling to conceive I would strongly advise you to book a consultation in MMC and obtain a plan tailored to your situation and medical assessment so that you too can make your dreams of becoming a mother/father  possible. Worst customer service. I asked if I can make appointment on Saturday/Sunday/Monday and got a response that doctors not working on weekends. They didn’t offer me any time or day, just forgot about me. Full of confusion I waited 2 hours and asked if the Monday also day off, then suddenly they say not, so got a time slot. Look like I push them to take my money. Chose my time and got answer that my time will be conformed 1 day prior. Guess what? They never remembered about me- no call, WhatsApp, confirmation or apology for not available doctors, never offered other time. I never was treated like that by clinic
