SERVICES The Michigan Center for Fertility & Women's Health specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. We offer the latest infertility treatments, including: • In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) • Ovulation induction • Fertility preservation • Semen analysis • Hormone testing • Egg and sperm freezing • Embryo cryopreservation • ICSI (the most successful form of treatment for men; used in nearly half of all IVF treatments) We offer pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) to test embryos for a known genetic condition, and pre-implantation genetic screening (PGS) to screen for aneuploidy. We are currently the only Michigan fertility clinic to offer INVOcell (IVC) a revolutionary new fertility treatment where eggs and sperm are incubated inside the woman's body rather than the lab. MCFWH also has expertise in irregular uterine bleeding, PCOS, premature ovarian failure, and pediatric and adolescent gynecology. BOARD-CERTIFIED REPRODUCTIVE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS Dr. Carole Kowalczyk founded MCFWH in 2002 with a vision to provide quality care in a personalized and comfortable setting. She is a top Doc winner and is actively involved in resident and medical student education. Dr. Nicole Budrys joined our staff in 2018. She brings with her experience in pediatric and adolescent gynecology.
