McNaught promised I’d be pregnant “by the new year” and sterilized me, didn’t even check both fallopian tubes before removing them - one was completely healthy & didn’t need to be removed. Now I am sterilized without the pregnancy he assured me I’d have. I asked the nurse Chris if we were doing something different because I had 2 failed implantations since the sterilization - she told me to “get help” and I was abandoned as a patient. McNaught is too arrogant for his own good. He’s not a god - he sterilized a native woman under the pretense this was my only shot to have a successful pregnancy. And after 2 failed transfers following the sterilization, it proves he was wrong. Ego goes beyond his capabilities. Horrible fertility center, staff is rude & abusive. Definitely do not go there if you’re native, you’ll just get sterilized.

Dr McNaught was amazing with us. He quickly showed himself to be very caring, transparent and communicative... and very empathetic. He's very knowledgable and actively involved with fertility researchers, and it's this that made the difference for me. After multiple miscarriages and a negative experience with a different fertility clinic, my family doctor sent me to see Dr McNaught, who prescribed a specific treatment that was showing incredible results in current research, and we now have a healthy delightful two year old boy. I can't say enough about him and this clinic, I'm very grateful to him for his care.

Our experiences here have been nothing short of amazing. The clinic is very clean. From the moment we walk in, to the time we walk out - always feel like the team here cares about our journey - we are not just another number in an assembly line. We were previously at another fertility clinic and decided to switch for a few reasons - we feel more optimistic and better cared for at CReATe. The staff at the front are welcoming and always helpful… They are a big part of why we like the clinic. There is nothing worse than walking into a place, especially in healthcare, and the first person you see treats you unkindly. The Nurses are fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful, willing to figure it out with you and cheer you on. Dr. McNaught always takes the time to have a conversation and answer questions and/or explain things. The fact that he takes that time and doesn’t rush us through it or make it seem like he’s too busy to, is why a few times he’s ran late for an appointment we’ve been just fine with it - because we know other people were also getting the time they need with him. He strikes a good balance between believing with you and giving the facts that aren’t always what we want to hear but they are necessary to know. That is rare nowadays to find. I’ve previously been with RE’s who don’t even want to explore with you - everyone is put in the same box; needless to say, working with Dr. McNaught has been a breath of fresh air. Some mornings are busier than others, however, everything is ran very well whether it’s busy or not. They use mostly text for appointments when you’re an existing patient and for us that’s ideal because in between work and other things in a day - we don’t want to play phone tag trying to get or confirm an appointment. Thank you to all at CReATe London for all you do - you are wonderful.

Dr Mcnaught and his team is doing incredible job at Create Fertility. They are so professional in giving patient centered care. Dr. Himself is very knowledgeable, patient and listen to your concerns. We had an amazing experience from planning our pregnancy and they had taken care of all my concerns until upto my first trimester as after I got referred to a gynaecologist for further care. Now blessed with beautiful baby boy💙. Highly recommend their services.

Great experience, when I was accidently booked at the wrong time of the month for a procedure, Dr. McNaught caught it and told me we couldn't go ahead with the procedure at that time of the month in case I was pregnant, which I was :)
