We have previously had a consultation at another clinic in London it was bad in receiving, waste of money & time. Though my first cycle is not successful, still the team has given a good support and confidence especially from Dr.Onur who helped us through investigations and to choose a right treatment plan. We are lucky that our transfer was successful this time and we are now holding our beautiful little boy in our arms who was born on 07th March and embryos in the freezer with a hope to give him sibling in future. Definitely recommended to the people who is suffering with BMI, PCOS or High Blood pressure. Thank you, whole concept team, and particularly to Dr Onur and nurses.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the full team at concept fertility. I started my journey with an assessment with Dr Basegmez and he was so lovely and really understanding. We decided to go ahead with treatment for Embryo freezing and the whole team was fantastic! From the doctors, nurses, reception and co ordination team to the embryologist. Apologies if I have forgotten anyone. I cant thank them enough for their help and support and genuinely really grateful for everyone. Started with concept about 2 years ago for investigations. It has been difficult journey but I am currently sat with my 3 week old daughter in my arms. I cannot thank the whole team enough from dr Basegmez nurses and everyone inbetween they have treated us with compassion care and true kindness no question was ever too much and I funnily miss my journeys to the clinic. Hopefully will be trying for another with our frozen embryos at some point.

Dear couples who would like to have a kids specifically after 40. Please. Don't believe this clinic. Please. Don't go there save the money. They are very smiley and the good approaching to the patients with good reviews Google which is I made mistake and I choose this clinic by the Google reviews, but they just treat you as a number. They waiting then you will pay money for the treatment and after they are decide what is the best for , then you  will here that you have a good chance to be parents . And then after faild cicle    they will  say to you then you 41 and you had a chance  Just 25 30% of the healthy pregnancy. They even don't read consent forms. If you've something completed that clinic. Please triple double check every single words with the nurse with your consultant with a doctor otherwise. They will just miss it and when you will complainl they will  Tell your all it just concerned form for that not for that or just concern for this is means not what you try to say . THEY JUST FORGOT FROZE EGGS AS DID NOT READ CONSENT FORM.Please be careful about the empirologies double check information which day you would like to transfer  embryons make sure that you don't do mistake as we are done usually until 5th days of the embryons doesn't survive even in young couples moreover of after 40 couples, what is happened with me. I waste the time is waste my system nervous a waste the money and they just said sorry you  41 to be  pregnant  in yiur age only 25 30%  chance.If you don't want to hear this and you don't have a time to wait and waste your money. Please don't go this clinic avoid and for all the couples who is looking to be parents. I wish good luck good bless you.

I would highly recommend especially to the woman with higher bmis . I 100% will be using them for baby number 2

I can not recommend concept fertility enough. I started off really nervous, however all the staff at concept reassured me and put my mind at ease. Concept fertility gave me very good advice and started me on treatment as soon as all tests had been done. All the staff are so friendly and we’re able to book me in very quickly whenever I needed an appointment. I had been trying for a second child for 5 years with no luck, however I had 2 rounds of ovulation induction and I conceived. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone I come across looking for fertility treatment. All of the staff are absolutely lovely and the clinic - being small - has a real personal, family touch. You genuinely feel that everyone you meet is invested in your outcome and they are happy to listen to your thoughts and wishes and take them into account when developing a treatment plan. They are very reasonably priced and do not “add on” services or interventions (+ hidden cost) unless they are really needed. I was super lucky to have my daughter via unmedicated IUI and Dr Basegmez will always be her “Uncle Onur”.

I just finished a round of egg freezing with Concept Fertility Clinic, and had an incredible experience with the clinic from start to finish! From day one they were happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and give me very detailed information and quick responses prior to scheduling my consultation. When doing egg freezing you don't want to feel like just another number, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and caring and made the entire process a wonderful experience. Where do I start…… concept fertility have made myself and My partner complete. We have brought into the world the most beautiful little boy on 3/8/22 and it’s all down to them. We cannot thank you enough for this.
