I can not thank ALLAH enough for the day when we decided to come to bournhall for our treatment as our lives were full of disappointment and despair. We had a complicated case and had already consulted a few doctors and clinics before coming here , from whom we were not satisfied. All the employees of bournhall dubai , from receptionists to staffs , all are very considerate, compassionate and kind especially our doctor, Dr shazia magray dealt with us with so much patience and kindness , that i cannot describe in words. I am a working lady and we had to travel from another city for our appointments every other day. She always adjusted our appointments according to our needs and sometimes even stayed late for us as we couldn't reach on time for an appointment due to work schedule. She is very competent and knows her job well. Her empathetic and encouraging behaviour helped us a lot in this stressful journey, and ALHAMDULILAH, by the grace of ALLAH, we have our own family. We strongly recommend the people who are also going through this difficult and stressful phase of infertility to follow with Dr. shazia and bournhall dubai for treatment. Highy recomended. If i could give 100 stars i would have given to this clinic and doctor shazia .Our case was very challenging with very low egg reserve .Dr Shazia was very honest about the challenges but at the same time very compassionate and kind. Had poor experience with Dr Shazia. They get very irritated when we ask basic questions about procedures and test reports. It’s the right for patients to ask questions especially when paying so much.

Very bad experience took an appointment confirmed with the front desk called 3 times to make sure the appointment is confirmed i drove 1.30 min one way to make it when i get there rhey told me rhe doctor is not available today to see you i was not happy they dont respect people time and effort to how up they least you could do is inform me specifically when i called 3 times and you told me is a confirmed appointment. Dont wast ur time with this place.
