Everything was explained in fine detail and all the team were extremely helpful and made what is a very emotional and stressful journey as smooth and easy as possible. We would not hesitate to use Access Fertility again, should we ever be in the financial position to do so. Lovely, compassionate team who have that 'personal' touch with their clients! We were taken back by their lovely gesture of a beautiful teddy bear for our little princess when she was born and a hand written card, sending their Congratations and well wishes! The concept is very welcome in an otherwise hostile field where finance meets a situation so personal. The staff at Access Fertility are really very good - always willing to take the time and talk you through any points of query. We will wait to see if the treatment works but our minds are now at ease because the finance is taken care of before commencing our journey. So far, the only improvement they could make is if they started accepting Amex!

My husband and I found Access Fertility really helpful in our successful journey to become parents. We found the application process was very easy and convenient. The thing we particularly liked was the availability of a payment plan where you can pay for three cycles up front with a refund option if unsuccessful. I believe that having this in place helped us relax a bit and aided us in making our treatment successful. Made a stresseful time really positive. Really informative from start to finish. For the first time they spoke of when we get pregnant, not if!  Always support on the other end of the phone and regularly called me throughout the process to check on how I was doing and keep me informed. Could always get an appointment when needed one so timings for implants were spot on. Calm, professional and positive atmosphere in the clinic. I’m really freaked out by medical and hospital environments and they manage to get the balance just right of making it a welcoming environment but also giving you the confidence they know what they’re doing. Would definitely - and have already - recommend. Thank you for making our dreams come true. I can’t believe that a year ago we began this process and now I’m holding our 10 week old little lady in my arms!

Our experience with Access Fertility has been nothing but exceptional from the very first moment and every step of the way. All the staff we have dealt with were friendly and professional and dealt with us with sensitivity and respect. We were always given the advice, information and support that was right for us which is so important when you are trusting someone with the most important thing. I am a type 1 diabetic which required additional tests and knowledge and I always felt in the best hands. Our first treatment was unsuccessful and heart breaking however the doctor spoke with us and set a clear plan for the next treatment tailored to our individual circumstances. We honestly didn't expect to fall pregnant after the first implementation being unsuccessful so when we saw 2 blue lines appear words can't explain how over the moon we were. The start of my pregnancy was a little difficult and I bled before my first scan. Access Fertility saw me within the hour and bought my scan forward. Everything was ok. Our beautiful baby girl arrived in May.  All our hopes and dreams became our reality. Thank you for everything x

Excellent experience right from the initial communication, staff were always very helpful and professional. We were accepted for the 100% refund programme which offered us 3 rounds of ICSI. After 2 failed rounds on the NHS we thought private treatment was out of our reach, however Access Fertility’s refund programme made this happen without the financial stress which allowed us to focus on the treatment. Using access fertility was very straightforward and clear.  Everything was explained over the phone and with documents sent for confirmation.
