I have given abc ivf manchester 5☆ because they were amazing with me and my husband,  they helped us achieve our dream of having a baby after 7 years of trying. They helped us so much, gave us advice and guidance and were also very patient with us and never gave up when some things weren't going our way. Their help and support went along way, they were always there at the end of the phone or by email to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this clinic to family and friends, as we cant thank them enough for helping us have our baby girl. We even went back 6 weeks later to show her off and to say thank you to the midwifes and nurses.

I’m obviously biased as we had a successful IVF treatment from abc Manchester. The process as a whole was near faultless. From when I booked the first baseline appointment all the way through to the 7week pregnancy scan I felt very looked after. I felt the level of communication and information I received was perfect. Any question we wanted answering before and during the process was swiftly answered via email, over the phone, or face to face when visiting the clinic. I found the staff very friendly and attentive. I was please with the treatment recieved from the Manchester clinic. Staff were friendly and helpfull on every occasion. I was lucky and fell pregnant after my 1st round of IVF and now have a 9 week old little boy. I will hopefully be using ABC again next year to try for my second baby. I would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about IVF.

We are only at the very start of our journey so far but what I can say is every interaction I have had so far has been nothing but positive. We had a bad experience at another clinic in 2020 so was nervous to go to another and get the same treatment but the staff all over ABC have been amazing and have treated us as if we are there only patient. The nurse Emily who did my first scan was incredible I felt she wanted to get to know us personally and I really felt that she cared. Due to such a great start I am so happy we chose ABC IVF and have no doubt the next most important steps we will receive the same treatment.

The staff at ABC were wonderful during very stressful and upsetting journey of unexplained secondary infertility. It took a year of treatment and multiple rounds but we got our IVF miracle! I would recommend doing your research before proceeding with IVF to understand different options and medications that you may wish to be considered.  In doing my research I was able to have an active hand in my treatment and work with the team to take the right path for me!

In all honesty it was a great price but I feel I got what I paid for. The admin during the process was shoddy and on a couple of occasions I was given wrong information, couldnt ever get hold of anyone and given no syringe for my trigger shot. It added a lot of stress to an incredibly stressful time. There were a couple of lovely people but I must say a lot of the staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Most appointments started late and I never saw the same person twice. On the day of my second transfer the doctors and nurses had an argument with each other outside my cubicle. I just feel like a lot of this could have been avoided and made the experience less daunting. That said I have a 4 month old baby and 3 in the freezer and that’s all that matters I guess.

What an amazing IVF treatment team they have across the UK I have been visiting Nottingham for regular scans with Penny who is an absolute delight, she is so professional and supportive, she really helped to put my mind at rest.  My husband underwent surgical retrieval at the Manchester clinic, all the team there where great from start to finish. During the procedure a member of the team came to see me to advise that everything had gone really well and they have managed to retrieve 16 really good quality swimmers!! I have also undergone egg collection at the Manchester clinic which was so exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. Everyone was very polite and professional, the team kept me in the loop with what has happening and what to expect. Overall a great experience for us so far!!!. We have been extremely lucky and they have managed to retrieve 13 eggs, 10 eggs where mature and 9 of them where fertilise successfully, Now awaiting a transfer on day 5, Hopefully we will be successful.
